Anchors - Ages 5 - 8

 

 

Anchors are our youngest section and are aged between 5-8 years old. There are currently 17 Anchors, led by Lt. Jackie Roberts, with the help of Lt. Kirsty Colbeck, Sgt. Jordan Cole, Sgt Ryan Blakeley and Miss Jessica Bennett. Our Anchors meet between 6.00pm and 7.15pm.

Anchors have lots of fun doing lots of different activities, including crafts, games, music, stories, all of which goes towards their badge work.
 
The Anchors work towards 3 different triangular badges - Blue, Red and Green. Their badge work is split into 5 different zones:
 
• Body - fit for fun
• Mind - think and do
• Spirit - God and me
• Community - me and my world
• Creativity - make and do
 
Anchors like to go on trips and outings, including a trip to see Santa on the North Bay Railway. Most of all they love to be loud and have fun!
